How do I clean HuggiePup™?

Machine wash with cold water. Remember to remove the heat pack and sound module. 

 Is HuggiePup™ a chew toy? 

Huggie is not a chew toy and should be removed from pet if being used as one.

Huggie Pup is not toxic. 

Do you turn the sound module on or off manually? 

Yes, you must press the heart button to turn on the sound module. Press and hold the heart button for 5 seconds to turn off the sound module. 

Is there a preset time/ auto shut-off? 

Yes, the sound module has a built-in auto shut-off. Press the heart button once to keep the sound module on for 4 hrs. Press and hold the heart button for 3 seconds to keep the sound module on for 8 hrs.
